RAS AL KHAIMAH: Ras Al Khaimah will host the first International Real Estate Investment Summit (IREIS) on May 20-21, 2025, at the Al Hamra International Exhibition and Conference Centre. The event aims to highlight investment opportunities in the emirate’s rapidly growing real estate sector.
Organized by Cityscape in collaboration with Marjan and RAK Hospitality Holding, the summit will bring together investors, government officials, and industry leaders. Discussions will focus on real estate trends, capital flows, and major projects, including the $3.9 billion Wynn Al Marjan Island resort, set for completion in 2027.
The event will feature keynote speeches, panel discussions, and networking sessions, with over 500 delegates and 40 industry experts in attendance. Topics will include sustainable development, branded residences, blockchain in real estate, and AI-driven property investment.
RAK’s real estate sector has gained momentum due to government initiatives, tourism growth, and increasing investor interest. More than 14,000 new residential units are expected by 2029, with 5,600 branded residences.
Officials emphasized RAK’s strategic location, investor-friendly regulations, and commitment to sustainable, high-value investments as key factors driving growth. The summit is expected to position RAK as a leading global real estate destination.
